BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (IUSTV News) – IU has named former U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams as Poling Chair for the Kelley School of Business.
The position, named for Kelley alum Harold Poling, is meant to prompt discussions about leadership and topics related to the public and private sectors of business.
Adams formerly served as U.S. surgeon general, a member of the coronavirus task force, and is still a practicing anesthesiologist.
Allen, 52, was convicted last month on two counts of murder and two counts of felony murder.
Starting in 2025, no more than 50% of the Bloomington Transit fleet may have full wraps. That drops to no more than 25% starting in 2026.
In a release, IU Health said it learned on Oct. 18 that a team member’s account may have been compromised.
The new dean will succeed Ash Soni, who has been serving a two-year appointment since April 2023.
Mangione, a 26-year-old Maryland native, only replied to questions from the judge and simply replied “yes,” when asked whether he understood his rights and the extradition process.
