Bloomington woman killed in crash on I-69

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (IUSTV News) - The Greene County Sheriff's office says a Bloomington woman was killed Tuesday in a crash along southbound Interstate 69 near mile marker 98.

Police say a car veered off the road and went into the median, overturning in a ditch in the northbound lanes. 49-year-old Tonya Allgood was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

A child passenger was taken to IU Bloomington Hospital with injuries.
