Car catches fire after hitting deer on Interstate 69

GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (IUSTV News) - A vehicle went up in flames after hitting a deer along Interstate 69 on Thanksgiving, according to the Center-Jackson Fire Territory.

Officials say it happened near the State Road 45 exit, south of Bloomington.

The Monroe Fire Protection District also responded to the area to help with putting out the fire.

Thankfully no injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
