WASHINGTON D.C. (IUSTV News) — A Bloomington man will spend the next nine months in federal prison for his participation in the January 6, 2021 attack on the United States Capitol.
A jury convicted 31-year-old Antony Vo in September for:
- Entering and remaining in a restricted building
- Disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building
- Violent entry and disorderly conduct in a capitol building
- Parading, demonstrating or picketing in a capitol building.
According to court documents, Vo will be on supervised probation for a year after his release and will be required to pay a $1,000 fine.
