BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The Indiana University Board of Trustees are holding a previously unscheduled, closed-door meeting Tuesday morning over "initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing."
On May 3, the ACLU of Indiana filed a lawsuit against Indiana University over claims the university violated the First Amendment rights of the protesters arrested during the Gaza encampment in Dunn Meadow.
