IU Student Health Center hosting September flu shot clinics

BLOOMINGTON — As flu season approaches, the IU Student Health Center is offering a flu shot clinics to combat the sickness. 

The clinics will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m on September 19, 20, 23, 24. On the first floor of the IU Student Health Center, located on 600 N. Eagleson Ave. 

The flu shot clinics are only for enrolled IU students, faculty, and staff. Enrolled IU students can also get the free flu shot if they are visiting the IU Student Health Center for a non-sick reason. 

Appointments are required and must be scheduled online. When you head to the clinic for your shot, you have to bring a photo ID and your University ID number.

Flu shots are free with most insurance policies, and insurance information will be collected when appointments are scheduled. If a student does not have insurance, the flu shot is free.

The clinic returns in October.
