BLOOMINGTON — Bloomington police are looking for the person they say is responsible for leaving a piece of wood with a swastika drawn on it near a local synagogue.
Police responded to Congregation Beth Shalom on East Third Street around 6 p.m. Tuesday after the wood was found near the front entrance of the synagogue.
According to police, a person is seen on surveillance video approaching the entrance and placing the wood with a swastika on the ground.
As of Thursday, police had not yet found the suspect.
