INDIANAPOLIS — 11 people, including a Bloomington man, are facing federal charges for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine and other drugs in and around the Indianapolis area.
Federal and local law enforcement agencies arrested Matthew Fishman, 38, and nine of the ten others after serving several search warrants across central Indiana Wednesday morning.

The eleventh person, 37-year-old Joseph Grubb, of Bloomfield remains wanted, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Indiana.
All eleven are charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. In addition to meth, officers seized a total of eight guns, fentanyl and marijuana during the search warrants.
In a federal indictment, the group is accused of working together to sell 500 grams or more of methamphetamine between February 2024 through November 2024.
Federal prosecutors allege James Tyus Jr. was the leader of the operation and that James Sublett Jr. supplied the methamphetamine. The other nine suspects are accused of serving as dealers and distributors.
If convicted each person faces up to life in federal prison.
The Bloomington Police Department and Indiana State Police joined 14 other agencies in the investigation, including the Drug Enforcement Administration, Internal Revenue Service, and Indiana National Guard.
