BLOOMINGTON — On-campus residence hall and dining rates will increase across all Indiana University campuses next year.
The IU Board of Trustees approved a 2% rate increase for standard room and board and IU Bloomington, raising the annual cost to $12,431 per year. Dining rates for the flagship campus will also increase 2%.
Renovations to the Wright Quadrangle will be completed early next year and re-open to students in fall 2025, the university announced in a press release.
IU Indianapolis will also see a 2% increase, making the annual cost $13,331 per year. Dinging rates on the Indianapolis campus will increase 2.5%.
IU South Bend will increase 3% across all rooms with most room rates being $6,951. Starting in fall 2025, on-campus residents in South Bend will be required to purchase a dining plan.
At IU Southeast, all room rates will increase 2% with the most common room rate being $8,078.
