BLOOMINGTON — There will soon be fewer busses in the Bloomington Transit fleet that are fully wrapped in advertisements.
The BT Board of Directors voted Tuesday night to set a limit on the number of busses with the advertisements over the next two years.

Starting in 2025, no more than 50% of the Bloomington Transit fleet may have full wraps. That drops to no more than 25% starting in 2026.
BT Access vehicles will not be allowed to have full or partial wraps.
Additionally, each advertiser may not have more than two full wraps and six total wraps at a time.
The board said the busses must be visible and noticeable, and that the BT logo should be on all four sides of the bus.
