BLOOMINGTON — Warming stations across Monroe County will be open Wednesday and Thursday as brutal cold temperatures blanket southern Indiana.
Warming stations are a place where people who are in need of short-term relief from the cold can come and warm up, according to a Facebook post from the Monroe County Emergency Management Agency.
