MONROE COUNTY, Ind. (IUSTV News) - The Monroe Fire Protection District responded to a call regarding a car crashing into a building in Monroe County early Monday morning.
Fire officials say that crews responded to a building along Gifford Road around 6:15 a.m.

First responders successfully located the driver, who was pulled from the vehicle without any injuries.
The cause of the crash is till under investigation.
Bloomington is expected to get anywhere from six to 10 inches of snow, although some areas may see locally higher totals, according to the National Weather Service.
Police later obtained and served a search warrant at a home on South Cardwell Road and reportedly found both stolen vehicles and most of the power tools.
Police are searching for Austin Schepers, who is described as a 33-year-old white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, brown hair with hazel eyes, with a tattoo of a cross under his left eye, along with multiple tattoos around his neck.
The party will now meet at 1 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Nat. U Hill Room in the Monroe County Courthouse to appoint the interim councilperson at-large.
