BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash that happened Saturday evening.
According to a release, the crash happened just before 8 p.m. on Wayport Road near Chamber Pike, on the north-end of Monroe County along Interstate 69. Police did not say what might have caused the crash, but did say the driver of a vehicle was killed after their car left the road.
The name of the driver has not been released. The crash remains under investigation.
The lawsuit, filed in October against Dr. Brad Bomba Sr. and the IU Board of Trustees, now includes former player John Flowers as another victim, alongside former players Haris Mujezinovic and Charlie Miller.
MFD said firefighters were dispatched to a home on South Fairfax Rd at 1:14 a.m.
The Canada Border Services Agency says Antony Vo, 31, was arrested on a warrant under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
The National Weather Service reserves the designation for signifying an extreme red flag warning, when especially hazardous fire weather conditions are expected.
